A nominal shipping charge of ₹49 may apply to orders below ₹499.

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS.
You can track the status of your shipment on our website or the courier partner’s portal using this ID.
In rare cases of delay, we will notify you via email or phone.
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please reach out to our support team at care@shreemohanayurved.in with your Order ID.
Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to two times.
If the package is not accepted or unreachable, the product will be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.
All our products are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
If your package appears to be tampered with or damaged upon delivery, please refuse to accept it and contact us immediately.
