We strive to ensure customer satisfaction with our Ayurvedic products. Please read our policy carefully:
• Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, unopened,
and in their original packaging.
• Items like capsules, oils, or powders once opened are not eligible for return due
to hygiene concerns.
• Once we receive and inspect the return, we will notify you of the refund approval.
• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business
days.
• If the product is damaged or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
• We will arrange for a replacement or full refund.
• Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them. After dispatch,
cancellation is not allowed.

with your Order Number and a clear explanation of the reason for your request. Kindly
attach an image of the product showing the batch number, along with a copy of the
invoice for our reference. Please note that we will not be responsible for any products
returned or sent for replacement without prior confirmation from our team.
Once your returned product is received and verified at our warehouse, we will initiate
the refund process within 5–7 business days.
• For payments made via credit/debit card or net banking, the refund will be
credited to the original payment method within 5–7 working days after we receive
the product. Please note that it may take an additional 2–3 days for the amount
to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be processed via bank
transfer. You will be required to share your bank account details via email. Once
we receive the returned product and your bank details, the refund will be
initiated within 5–7 business days. An additional 2–3 days may be required for the
amount to appear in your account.
Please ensure you receive a confirmation from our support team before returning any product, as we will not be responsible for unconfirmed returns.
We regularly review and update our Cancellation, Returns, and Refund Policy to ensure it reflects our current practices. Shree Mohan Ayurved Sansthan reserves the right to modify or revise this policy at any time without prior notice. All changes will be effective immediately upon being posted on our website.
